【Accommodation Regulation】
✦ Check-in 03:00-10:00 PM. / Holiday 04:00 PM.
    ※ Check-ins after 06:00 PM are by reservation only. Please contact us in advance.
✦ Check-out 11:00 AM.
✦ Breakfast 08:00 AM - 10:00 AM.((On weekends and holidays, there is a higher dining demand. We provide two dining time slots: 08:00-09:00 or 09:00-10:00.)
✦If you expect to arrive after 06:00 PM on your check-in date, please contact us in advance and inform us of your estimated arrival time so we can arrange your check-in and hold your room.
For arrivals after 10:00 PM, a late check-in service fee of NT$1,000 will be charged.

✦ NO PETS ALLOWED. Violation will result in refusal to accommodate stay and a first night cancellation charge.
✦ All buildings are Non-Smoking including balconies and terraces.
✦ NO FIREWORKS OR BBQ ALLOWED on property.
✦ Children from 0-5 years old stay free of charge if they do not occupy a bed, children from 6-11 will be charged an extra person fee of NT$800/night. 

✦ On limited availability and according to room types, over 12 years olds will be charged an additional adult fee of NT$2000/night and an extra bed can be added if the room types allows so.

【Reservation Policy】
✦ Rooms are only reserved upon receive of deposit.
✦ Please notify hotel in advance for extra bed, baby-tub and baby cot.
✦ There are no elevators in any villa within the property. If you have elderly guests or individuals with limited mobility, kindly inform us when booking. Our staff will arrange a suitable room type for you.
✦ NO PETS allowed.
✦ All buildings are Non-Smoking including balconies and terraces.
✦ Barbecuing, cooking, and fireworks are not permitted within the villa. Cooking services are not provided.
✦ Drug use, possession of illegal substances, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited within the property. Any discovery will result in police involvement, along with a fine of NT$10,000.
✦ To maintain a peaceful and high-quality accommodation environment, the property politely declines party arrangements. We apologize for any inconvenience.
✦ We do not allow occupancy exceeding the room's capacity, unless an additional fee is paid. The property politely declines non-guest visits.
✦ Four Sisters Villa located within Kenting National Park, and deer may appear during the night hours. Please remain cautious when going out at night.
✦ To support the global effort to reduce plastic waste, our villa does not provide single-use amenities
(such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs, razors, etc.).Please bring your own personal toiletries.
